Hey, there. You probably never imagined life would bring you to this point. But here you are. Wondering how you got here, what God is doing, and what He wants from you in all of this.
You want someone who can point you to God’s word while helping you walk through and overcome the hard things you’re facing. You want to handle life better, in the good and the bad. You’ve tried to do it on your own, but it’s not working.

Welcome. You're in the the right place.

It all feels so hard.
You show up with a smile on your face, but what you don’t show is the hurt, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, and pain lingering behind that smile.
You’re struggling and you know you should probably get some help. You’ve tried reading your Bible more and praying. It’s just so hard to find the time. And when you do find the time, you can’t focus.
Your mind just never seems to stop running.

Life's circumstances seem to be getting the best of you.
You desperately want to know where God is in all of this and what He wants from you. You want to honor God in how you’re dealing with life’s challenges, disappointments, and your own failures.

You’re at the end of your rope, but you don’t want to just hang on. You know God promises peace, joy, and freedom… and you want that. But you can’t imagine how you could ever experience it in what feels like your lowest point yet.

I’ve been there. As a Christian, I know when life gets really hard, you crave a deeper relationship with God and want to know the right steps to take when nothing feels right.
In John 10:10, Jesus says “I have come that they may have & enjoy life, & have it in abundance.”

In Christ, there is hope...
What if you could give yourself the gift of time and space for healing and growth?
What if there was a safe place to talk about all the things that feel too vulnerable to share with those you see everyday?
What if you could learn new, God-honoring ways to handle life’s challenges?
What if you could have the joy, confidence, relationships, and faith that seem so out of reach?

What if you could actually have and enjoy an abundant life?

There is no shame in getting help. We all need some help, healing, and guidance at times. In fact, God’s word calls it wise to seek and receive godly counsel.

Proverbs 19:20 says “Listen to counsel, receive instruction, and accept correction,
That you may be wise in the time to come.”

As a Christian counselor, I will help you uncover underlying negative thought patterns and false beliefs, and work with you to replace them with the truth of God’s word and who you are in Christ.

Together, we can get to the heart of your struggle to help you get to a place where your smile is a genuine reflection of the joy you feel inside.
Better days are possible.
Imagine waking up in the morning with a calm, joyful energy. You look forward to the day ahead, because you know you’ll be living on purpose for the things that actually matter.
Letting go of the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that were keeping you stuck has allowed room for living the truth of God’s word and using your unique gifts for His greater purpose.

You’re no longer living in the shadow of fear, shame, guilt, disappointment, anxiety, and depression. Instead you’re living in the confidence of God’s love, provision, and who you are in Christ.

You probably have some days that are better than others. On those good days, you likely think, “do I really need counseling?” “I think I’m okay, I can probably do this on my own.” Then the bad days hit and you wonder why you never made the appointment.
If you're facing an issue that keeps cropping up or cycling around, it's likely worth it to work through it and gain skills that can help you overcome it or better cope with the issue you're dealing with.

So, while you may regret not making the appointment, I am confident that you will never regret making the step to create positive change in your life.
“What if I don’t know exactly what’s wrong? I just know that I’m struggling and need help.”
The good news is that you don’t need to be able to pinpoint exactly what you’re struggling with.
Maybe your life seems fine on the outside, so you think you should be fine. But you just can’t seem to get out of this funk you’re in.
There’s no shame in getting help. It’s not only for you, but for your family, your friendships, and all of the areas of your life that will be impacted by your healing and growth.

I can help you uncover those underlying thoughts and emotions that are weighing on you and keeping you from experiencing life the way you hope to as a Christian woman rooted in Christ.
You may feel hesitant to take the time or spend the money on yourself.
Consider who will benefit from you getting to a better place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. What impact will this investment have on your family, work, relationships, and other areas of your life?
